These terms govern your use of this website and the training services provided by J&J House of Skills, LLC ("J&J", "we", "us"), founded in 2020 and based in Hampton, Georgia. Booking a session or using this site means you accept them.
Mobile basketball skills training and track, speed and vertical-jump coaching, for athletes aged 5 through the professional level, delivered at your location throughout Georgia — plus weeknight classes at our Academy at 17 W King Rd, Hampton, GA.
Mobile sessions depend on the location you give us. You are responsible for ensuring:
If we arrive and cannot safely set up, the session is treated as a no-show under the Cancellation Policy.
Athletic training carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling an athlete you confirm they are fit to take part and that you have told us about any medical condition, injury or limitation relevant to their safety. Athletes must follow the coach's instructions, and coaches may stop or change a session on safety grounds — that decision is final.
All training equipment, including the shooting machine and portable hoops, remains our property. It is operated by our coaches only. Damage caused by misuse or by ignoring a coach's instruction is your responsibility.
We train athletes from age 5. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking, consent to participation, and provide emergency contact details. Whether a parent or guardian must remain present during mobile sessions is a business decision that must be confirmed before publication.
We will bring the equipment described, deliver coaching by our named coaches, and train the athlete properly. We do not guarantee any specific competitive outcome, roster place, playing time, scholarship or recruitment result.
We may photograph or film sessions for coaching review or to post on our own channels. Consent handling and opt-out for media capture must be confirmed by the business. Ask us in writing not to use an athlete's image and we will comply.
The text, images and layout of this site belong to J&J House of Skills or are used with permission. You may view and share pages; you may not republish or resell the content. Rates, schedules and availability can change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the sessions concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Henry County, Georgia.
