The crew

Two people.
Two disciplines.

One trains the game. One trains the engine underneath it.

Jordan Johnson, founder and lead basketball trainer
Founder & Lead Basketball Trainer

Jordan Johnson

A former college basketball player and skills trainer who worked at Pat the Rock Skills Academy, then spent years in human services and education — teaching at a charter school in Washington DC until he resigned in mid-2020.

What followed was virtual workouts, the realisation that the virtual market was already saturated, and a decision to put the equipment on wheels instead. He trains basketball athletes from age five through the professional level.

Jamal Wilson

A two-time Olympic high jumper representing The Bahamas, who has twice held the number one mark in the world in his event, and coaches at college level today.

At J&J he runs speed, agility and jumping mechanics — the sprinting and vertical-jump assessments that sit behind the track programme. He is Jordan's brother-in-law, and co-founded the company with him.

The mantra, since 2020
What we haven't written here Jordan's college, the exact number of years he spent in education, and any client testimonial. All three are either unpublished or unverifiable, and this page would rather be short than padded.
